Close 4J School Board Executive Session Subject : 4J School Board Executive Session Date : Friday, May 3, 2024 from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM  GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific Organizer : 4jcalendar@4j.lane.edu Executive Session:  The board will convene in executive session "to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (h), and  to "conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (d). Executive sessions involving deliberations with persons to carry on labor negotiations, or to consider the expulsion of a student or matters pertaining to a student's confidential medical records, are not open to the news media. Executive Sessions are not open to the public.  All matters discussed during executive sessions are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board.
