The board will hear public testimony live or via Zoom from community members who sign up in advance. Up to 10 people will be scheduled to provide public comment at each regular meeting. Priority will be given to residents who have not recently provided public comment in a board meeting. 
 
Requests to provide public comment must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting.
